Steve helped my daughter and son in law find a house a few years back. When I decided to sell my house, they highly recommended Steve. He came out within a day or two of contacting him, on a Sunday no less, to help me get the ball rolling. It took less than a week for him to have a competitive list price for me and it went on the market within another week. If anything slowed the process it was my procrastination on getting the house ready to sell. By the end of the first day of showings we had an offer that exceeded the listing price. Of course with such an offer came a few hoops, however, Steve helped me navigate through them with relative ease. He even met inspectors and other trades when I couldn’t. I feel that is above and beyond the expectations of a realtor. I highly recommend Steve Gravlin for anyone trying to buy or sell a home. I know I will only use him in the future.
